Our compatible module is designed for operation over an SMF (Double Fiber Single-Mode Fiber) optical cable. It has a guaranteed minimum optical budget of 15 dB, which is typically sufficient for a distance of about 10 km. However, the distance is an indicative parameter calculated for ease of identification. We calculate the distance considering the minimum guaranteed optical budget and the average attenuation of optical cabling in the industry. Our compatible transceiver with Nokia (Alcatel-Lucent) 3FE25774AA uses a high-quality FP Laser transmitter operating at a nominal wavelength of 1310 nm and a 1310 nm PIN photodiode receiver. This module supports DDM/DOM optical diagnostics and provides diagnostic data on current operational conditions. The module features a dual LC connector and is designed for operation in industrial temperature network environments ranging from -40° to 85°C. The transceiver chipset supports data rates ranging from 1.063-1.25 Gbps and applications such as Gigabit Ethernet (1.25 Gbps), and 1G Fiber Channel (1.0625 Gbps). It is important to note that the supported applications may vary depending on the port where the module will be used, and it supports applications as well as module speed configuration during the ordering process. However, we can guarantee that our module will support at least the same functionality as its OEM counterpart. This is a versatile transceiver that can be used in various places in today's network.
